• Are floral arrangements included in the wedding package?
Floral arrangements and candles are not included. We are happy to recommend florist options to you who will be able to assist with décor for your events.
  • Do you allow the space to be decorated?
Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls that will cause damage. All candles must be contained in hurricane containers to avoid wax damage on surfaces, floors, walkways, and concrete.
  • Are we required to use certain vendors for flowers, music, etc.?
You can use any vendors you would like (with the exception of alcohol). We are happy to work with you to source vendors and offer recommendations. All third party vendors must be approved by Lodge management and must provide proof of insurance and sign a Vendor agreement.
  • Do you allow candles?
Yes, your florist may bring in additional candles, however, we require that they are in containers to prevent damages to our tables. We allow sparklers. We do not, however, allow other fireworks, Japanese wish lanterns, or any type of confetti.
  • What time does the Main Lodge close during weddings?
The Lodge downstairs event area will remain open for guest access during the reception. All other Lodge areas will be closed with an attendant on duty at all times to assist with guest needs and emergencies.
  • What is the payment schedule?
A deposit is due upon signing of the contract and is applied to your final invoice. A second deposit is due two weeks before your wedding weekend, and the remaining balance is due within 7 days of your event. If you would like to make payments towards your wedding in advance, we would be happy to apply those at any time.

Our parking lot accommodates 104 cars. We provide 3 parking attendants on the day of your event.
  • Can we drop off items for the ceremony and other decorations such as the guest book, photos, etc. before Friday?
You are more than welcome to deliver items for us to put out for your wedding the week of your wedding. This must be arranged with your planner to make sure we are able to accommodate the storage of your items before you are on property.
  • Can you suggest local vendors to use for invitations, bands, etc.?
Yes, we can assist you with finding vendors that best fit your needs.
